2025 Update

The Food Forest continues to grow in diversity with the planting of hundreds of varieties of edible, medicinal, native, and tropical plants, intermingled among the wild native plants creating the building blocks for a Permaculture Food & Medicinal Forest.

2026 Plans

Chicken Run - Converting into a Permaculture Food Forest by raising the roof in the middle of the run.

Food Forest - Creating plant markers to help learn all the plants and benefits of the 100's of edible and medicinal plants grown in West Central Florida.
